Tyler W. Benting
Tyler W. Benting was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 2013. Prior to attending law school at Texas Tech University School of Law, Tyler attended New Mexico State University where he was a crimson scholar. Tyler earned his BA in government from NMSU, his juris doctor from Texas Tech, and his master’s degree in personal financial planning from Texas Tech.
Tyler focuses on estate planning (wills & trusts), probate, real estate, and business law, family law, general civil litigation, and personal injury cases. He won the “2020 Contract Attorney Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice Excellence Award” at the New Mexico Children’s Law Institute and was selected to Rising Stars in 2020 and 2021, a SuperLawyers publication.
Tyler lives in Deming with his wife, Cindy, and their young children. Tyler has been involved in Lion’s Club International in Deming, Rotary International in Deming, the Deming-Luna County Chamber of Commerce, and the Luna County Humane Society. Tyler was the president of the Chamber in 2016, has been an officer of the Lion’s Club, and has been a board member of both the Humane Society and the Rotary Club.

Ashlea A. Crumley
Ashlea A. Crumley was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 2020. Prior to attending law school at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Ashlea attended New Mexico State University where she graduated with a B.B.A. in General Business in 2009. Ashlea is a graduate of Deming High School and is proud to be serving her community as an attorney.
Prior to pursuing her legal education, Ashlea was a Vocational Transition Specialist for the Southwestern region of the state where she assisted students in special education with their transition from school to adulthood. Prior to that, Ashlea worked for the State of New Mexico Human Services Department for several years. Ashlea’s positions in serving her community and her state are what inspired her to pursue her juris doctorate.
Aside from her career, Ashlea enjoys spending time with her husband and her four sons. Ashlea is also a board member of the State Bar of New Mexico Solo and Small Firm Section.
